There has been a lack of interest in the 1pm session for our bike maintenance clinics we are starting this week, so we’ve decided to move it to 4:30pm.
If you are able to make this time and would like to learn in a more focused environment about bike maintenance, contact firstname.lastname@example.org soon!
The 3pm session is unaffected and will be held at the same time, so need to worry if you are signed up for it.

This year, we are partnering with Limebike to help UW students and faculty protect their heads by providing HIGH quality helmets at LOW COSTS. We’re excited to announce that we will be hosting after hour clinics this winter quarter! The clinics will be hosted at the shop on Fridays starting 2/1/19. There will be two identical sessions at 1pm and 3pm, each be led by a seasoned Bike Shop employee. The clinics will go on for 4 weeks and the cost of the whole course is $15. Participants can chose to bring in their own bike to learn about, or work on one of ours!

Our hours are reduced during winter quarter due to limited business and so we can have more help during the busier spring and fall quarters. This quarter we will be open Monday to Thursday: 11 am to 4 pm

Our Fall Quarter Hours are Mon-Fri 11am-5pm. We are closed on weekends.

In other news, we are hiring mechanics for the 2018-2019 school year! Our mechanics do a mix of repairs and teaching repairs to the UW community, so applicants should be passionate, personable and knowledgeable. Summer is right around the corner and we will be open for business.
Unfortunately we will be closed during finals week, we will open up for regular summer hours on Wednesday, June 13.
Our hours this summer will be Monday – Thursday: 10 AM – 3 PM

This month is bike month and we are teaming up with UW transportation services to promote bike commuting. Come catch us on Rainier Vista every Monday of May from 4-6 PM with our mobile bike maintenance trailer.
